About Pavelle & Co.

Who is Pavelle & Co.?

Pavelle & Co. is a European-founded jewelry house built on a simple idea: the look of fine jewelry shouldn’t be reserved for people who spend thousands. We design floral, pavé-set statement pieces — rings and earrings made to be noticed — and we make them at a price that feels like a quiet win rather than a splurge. Our founder is based in Europe, and that maison sensibility shapes everything from the cut of a petal to the box your piece arrives in.

Where are you based?

Our design is rooted in the Baltic Countries and we serve customers Worldwide. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses.

Materials & Quality

What are your pieces made of?

Each piece is crafted on a jeweler’s metal base and finished with a rich 18k gold or rose-gold-toned plating. The “diamonds” are hand-set cubic zirconia and crystal pavé — cut and set stone by stone to catch light the way fine pavé does. It’s the technique, not just the sparkle, that gives our pieces their depth.

Is it real gold?

Our pieces are gold-plated, not solid gold — and that’s deliberate. Solid gold at this scale of design would cost thousands; the plating lets us give you the same warm color and finish for under $70. We’d rather be honest about that than have you wondering. What you’re buying is the look and feel of fine jewelry, made to last with proper care.

Are the stones real diamonds?

No — and you’d want them not to be at this price. They’re cubic zirconia and crystal, the same stones used throughout the affordable fine-jewelry world precisely because, set well, they sparkle beautifully. The difference between a piece that looks expensive and one that looks cheap isn’t whether the stone is mined — it’s how it’s cut and set. Ours are set with care, which is why they read as real to everyone but a jeweler with a loupe.

Honestly — will it look cheap or plasticky?

This is the question we built the brand to answer, so we’ll be direct: no. The most common feedback we hear is surprise at how substantial and luminous the pieces feel in person. The pavé setting, the weight, and the depth of the plating are what separate our jewelry from the flat, hollow look of costume pieces. We encourage you to look at the macro close-ups and real customer photos on each product page — that’s the piece in natural light, unedited.

How substantial does it feel?

There’s real weight to our pieces — they don’t feel hollow or tinny. Each product page lists approximate dimensions and weight so you know what to expect on the hand or ear.

Sizing & Fit

Do I need to know my ring size before ordering?

No — and that’s one of the quiet luxuries of shopping with us. Our rings are sizeless and adjustable, designed as a single open band that comfortably fits a wide range of finger sizes. There’s no size chart to measure against and no guessing: your ring is made to fit you, whatever the day.

How does the adjustable fit work?

The band is gently open at the back. To size it, slip it on and, if needed, apply light, even pressure with your fingers to narrow it for a snugger fit or widen it for a looser one. Adjust slowly and a little at a time — the goal is a comfortable, secure hold, never a tight one.

Will an adjustable ring stay on and feel secure?

Yes. Once shaped to your finger, the band holds its position comfortably through an evening out. Because it’s adjustable, you can also wear the same ring on different fingers — a small thing that makes it endlessly easy to style.

Can it fit both slim and fuller fingers?

That’s exactly what it’s designed for. The same piece adapts to slender and fuller fingers alike, which also makes our rings a wonderfully safe choice as a gift — no need to know the recipient’s size.

Is there anything I should avoid when adjusting it?

Just one thing: adjust gently, and only when you need to. Repeatedly bending the band back and forth in the same spot, or forcing it open very wide, puts stress on any fine metal over time. Shape it once to fit, and it will stay beautiful.

Are the earrings heavy on the ear?

They’re designed to make a statement while staying comfortable for a full evening. Approximate weight is listed on each product page so you can judge before you buy.

Care & Everyday Wear

How do I keep my piece looking its best?

Treat it the way you’d treat fine jewelry, and it will reward you. Put it on last — after perfume, lotion, and hairspray — and take it off first. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store it dry, ideally in the box it came in, away from humidity. A few seconds of care after each wear is the difference between a piece that lasts months and one that lasts years.

Can I wear it in the shower, the pool, or to the gym?

We don’t recommend it. Water, chlorine, salt, sweat, and harsh soaps are the enemies of any plated jewelry — they’re what cause dullness and fading over time. Keep your piece dry and it will keep its shine. Think “evening out,” not “everyday everything.”

Will it tarnish, fade, or turn my skin green?

With the care above, our plating is made to resist tarnishing and keep its color. Green skin and rapid fading come from moisture and friction breaking down low-quality plating — which is exactly why we plate the way we do and why we ask you to keep pieces dry. If you ever experience a finish issue within [warranty period], reach out: see our warranty section below.

How long will my piece last?

With proper care, our pieces are made to be worn and loved for years. Like all plated jewelry, the finish is a wearing surface — heavy daily exposure to water and friction will shorten its life, gentle care will extend it. You’re in control of how long it stays beautiful.

Skin Sensitivity & Allergies

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic / nickel-free?

Our pieces are nickel-free and gentle on most skin. If you have known metal sensitivities, please check the materials note on the product page or contact us at info@pavelleandco.com before ordering, and we’ll give you a straight answer.

I have sensitive ears — can I wear the earrings?

Many customers with sensitive ears wear our earrings comfortably thanks to nickel-free posts. If you’re highly reactive, message us first and we’ll confirm the post material for the specific piece you’re considering.
