Shipping & Delivery

We want the experience of receiving your Pavelle & Co. piece to be as effortless as choosing it. Here's exactly how it works.

Processing
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. As soon as your piece is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times
We ship worldwide. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–8 days, wherever you are. These are estimated delivery times; on rare occasions, factors outside our control (such as customs processing or carrier delays) may add a little time.

Shipping costs — included
Shipping is on us, on every order, to every country we serve. There are no delivery fees added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.

Customs & import duties — included
All customs duties and import taxes are covered by us. Your order will never be held for unexpected fees or arrive with a bill to pay at the door. Whatever your country, your piece is delivered ready to wear, with nothing left to settle.

Delivery address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, so a quick second look saves any trouble.
